Habing a company in one of the Central European countries gives us some possibilities, but also some problems. In general this localisation is nice field to have a business.
If we look at countries from the republic of Poland to Hungary we will see many similarities in this area. Firstly, this countries have got fantastic and well-educated workers and they are not cost that much as in Western Europe, furthermore the organisation of the legal system is much more effective than in regions of Central and South Asia. States such as Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia have got a appropriate roads and logistic background. In Poland quality of the roads is not that good, nevertheless it has improved for the last 10 years, but the industrial park in Poland is quite large. Warehouses in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia are available (more information – real estate poland), in Hungary we may have some problems if we have to rent a big place.
The Southern European states have got a right climate, however in the Republic of Poland it depends of the time of the year. In these days we have hot summers, however winters are without frost, therefore logistic go without hindrance, however snowy weather could happen in January or February (sometimes even in spring) will be cold, especially in Poland. It is a great idea to buy winter tires, even if we have them just in case. Industrial park in Poland is quite large, but it needs money and innovations, there is constantly lots of solutions to take in these matter, in other countries these issues seems to be better.
